Payment Methods

Calandra Design offers the following payment options:

• Stripe (Credit Card): A 3.0% processing fee will be added to the final invoice for credit card payments.
• Check: Please mail your payment to 904 Rosemary Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92011.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your project at any time. However, refunds may vary based on the amount of work completed. Deposits or payments made may not be refundable if significant progress has been made. If the project is incomplete but has been started, partial refunds may be considered.

Portfolio and Website Credit

Calandra Design reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our online portfolio and add a credit to the footer of your website. Please notify us if you have privacy concerns regarding this.

Copyright for Artwork

All graphic designs created by Calandra Design are custom-made and become your property once the final payment is received. Please note, we may incorporate stock or AI-generated images in projects. Any concept designs not selected during the design phase remain the property of Calandra Design.

Revisions

Our design services include revisions at no extra cost for a reasonable number of changes. However, if an excessive number of revisions is requested, an additional fee may apply. We will discuss this with you if the situation arises.

Abandoned Projects

A project will be considered abandoned if we do not hear from you within 30 days. In such cases, you will forfeit the right to use any of the presented work unless full payment has been made. If you contact us after the 30-day period, a reactivation fee may be required.
